I ride because no one wants to talk about sex-trafficking but Pedal the Pacific is shouting it from the rooftops. I want to understand how to advocate for victims to empower others to do the same.

I ride because if I can spark change by riding a bike to raise awareness then it’s the least I can do so others can live freely.

I ride because the inherent dignity of all people should never be an afterthought; because life is a gift from our Creator, and it should never be a product for sale.

I want to ride for the girls whose absence goes unnoticed.

I ride because I am passionate about the rights of women and children. I ride because I want to make an actionable commitment to the fight to end sex trafficking.

I ride because ownership of your body is one of the most important aspects of your relationship with yourself. I want to help create a world where no one is deprived of bodily autonomy.

I hope to raise awareness about sex trafficking so we can protect those who are being trafficked and provide survivors with the resources they need.

Trafficking revokes someone of their humanity, their right to feel safe and whole. I am joining the anti-trafficking movement so victims know they are worthy of autonomy and genuine love.

As a future educator, I want to be part of the change that PTP is leading by providing resources and starting meaningful conversations that will protect children.
