Meet the Team

Pedal the Pacific

2020 Team

Alex Shoup

I ride because I believe that ALL of us can make a positive impact, and using these bikes to create a conversation around sex trafficking sparks action on how to support survivors and how to prevent trafficking!

Alyssa Proulx

I feel so honored to learn alongside my team as we ride for freedom and resources for survivors of human trafficking.

Audrey Ahrens

I ride for the freedom of survivors and for the restoration of their lives. It is a privilege to use my body in the fight against human trafficking, one I hope to never take advantage of.

Bella Young

I ride so that every girl knows they are worth it.

Courtney Hammit

I ride for the hope that every person will experience abundant joy, justice, and freedom and to empower my neighbors that no voice is too small.

Emma Black

I ride to bring voice to the worth and dignity of every human life.

Hannah Smith

I ride for the liberty of all and for the empowerment of anyone, anywhere to use their voice for change.

Kaite Lower

My PTP story began because I believe strongly in using my freedom and privilege to advocate for womxn and girls regaining control over their bodies and stories that have been violently taken from them. I feel passionate about the process of raising and redistributing funds to sustain meaningful and necessary change.

Kayla Redd

I ride to move every ounce of my being into action and join the collective response towards change. Here, let’s remain open, active, and present for the freedom and justice of all.

Lyndsey Nyland

Hi I'm Lyndsey! I am graduating this Fall from the University of Arkansas with a degree in social work and a goal so see greater freedom across our world.

Mari Jordan

I migrated from Brazil in search of opportunities, and I’m currently living out that dream as a junior at the University of Texas Communication Leadership & International Relations double major.

Sophia Nottoli

I ride because it allows me to be a part of something bigger than myself and connects me to the world around me!

Syndey Masterson

I ride because I have the privilege to make noise for a community of people who are being hurt daily by traffickers and to bring in more support for those fighting to end modern day slavery.
